I only have a photocopy of this, but someone told me that it's from a book published in 1992 called the Big Book of Crochet. I was unable to find this on Amazon, however, so it may no longer be in print. - Cat in the Window Afghan
[4/19/2004] The original pattern, like the pillow in the previous photo, called for sc, but I decided to do the afghan in Tunisian or afghan stitch, because the color changes are crisper. Pattern Source: Sorry, I only have this as a photocopy and do not know its original source. - Dancing cats filet
Pattern Source: The Tap-Dancing Lizard by Catherine Cartwright-Jones and Roy Jones. This is really a book of knitting-machine patterns, but as the charts are all 2-color, they are perfect for filet crochet. - Filet cat
Pattern Source: This design is by Elizabeth Hiddelson, and it can be purchased from Country Yarns. Just go to the "What We Sell" link, then click on page 4 of "Elizabeth Hiddelson's Crochet Originals." This pattern is in volume 41 on that list. - Filet cat
Pattern Source: The Tap-Dancing Lizard by Catherine Cartwright-Jones and Roy Jones. This is really a book of knitting-machine patterns, but as the charts are all 2-color, they are perfect for filet crochet. - Cat and Canary filet
[3/2/2001] Pattern Source: Sorry, this is another one I don't have an original source for. - Cat table runner
I only have a photocopy, but I've been told that this pattern comes from White Crochet magazine, Vol. 2, No. 1, 1991. Another helpful person says it also appeared in White Crochet Christmas Vol. 5, No. 1, in 1993. Sorry, but I have no info on how to obtain back issues of these publications. - Cat in the Window Pillow
