Oh, look, the cat fairy was here! - Detail of Homespun/Wool-Ease sweater

[11/28/2004] Between afghans, I decided to use up some of my surplus Homespun on a sweater for myself. Pattern Source: ASN leaflet #1322, Crochet Homespun Sweaters by George Shaheen. - zippywidgetpile.jpg
Zippy's a lap cat; Widget likes to pile on top of Zippy. - wembleywidgetbed.jpg
Widget likes to cuddle with the other cats, even when she can't quite fit right. At least Wembley is a bit more tolerant now. - wembleywidgettree.jpg
We tried to put up a Christmas tree this year, but Widget was just too fascinated. This was her tamest; mostly, she kept eating the branches and climbing the tree. So, we had to take it down; hopefully next year she'll be a little calmer. (Wembley also likes sitting under the tree but never bothers it.) - Close-up of Homespun "mosaic magic" afghan.

[11/16/2004] Made this for a friend. Pattern Source: Mosaic Magic: Afghans Made Easy by Lily Chin. - cats_010.jpg
Widget and Zippy, sleeping. - widgetmonitor.jpg
Widget really likes it when Ray plays games. - widgetzippy_001.jpg
It looks like Zippy's eating Widget, but in reality he's grooming her. Guess she was dirty. - Halloween suncatcher (detail of middle).

[10/24/2004] Did this because I got the urge to do something for Halloween. It's worked using size 10 thread with a strand of Kreinik Blending Filament for sparkle. Pattern Source: House of White Birches leaflet called Seasonal Suncatchers by Maggie Petsch Chasalow. This may be out of print; this is the only link I could find to it on the web as of 10/24/2004. - raytinarenfest.jpg
At Maryland Renaissance Festival on its last weekend of the year. Ray has had his costume for years, but I bought mine this year. - tinarenfest.jpg
