I only have a photocopy, but I've been told that this pattern comes from White Crochet magazine, Vol. 2, No. 1, 1991. Another helpful person says it also appeared in White Crochet Christmas Vol. 5, No. 1, in 1993. Sorry, but I have no info on how to obtain back issues of these publications.
