- Carousel
Pattern Source: The doily pattern came from the April 1997 issue (#114) of Crochet Fantasy. I do not know if they sell back-issues, but you can call 800-877-5527 or visit their website to find out. The leaflet with the carousel itself, South Maid's Victorian Ponies and Bears, came from Herrschners crochet threads catalog, but I'm sorry to say I don't have the item number on hand. The number on the leaflet itself is Book 2414. Call 800-441-0838 to ask if Herrschners still carries it. Alternatively, you can write to: COATS & CLARK INC., 6900 Southpoint Dr. N., Jacksonville, FL 32216. NOTE: I designed the horses' saddles myself; for that pattern click here. - Tiny chair
This tiny (only a couple inches high) Victorian chair was made with size-10 thread and stiffened with Stiffy. The chair legs are beads and pins. Pattern Source: A South Maid leaflet entitled Victorian Crochet Miniatures. It says, "Article J-24" and "Book 2413" on the front. Sorry, I'm not sure where I got this, but I think it might have been from Herrschners. - Tiny loveseat
The legs of this little thread loveseat are actually pushpin-type thumbtacks! Pattern source: Same as for the chair in the previous photo. - Tiny thread teddy bear
Pattern Source: The bear and hat pattern can be found in the Victorian Ponies and Bears leaflet -- see the previous photo of the carousel for more info. The dress was a free-form, original pattern that I did not write down.
