[9/28/2003] This was a result of my desire to experiment with the shading technique where you start with 3 strands of one color and then switch them one at a time to create a gradual color change. I used nylon thread and only two strands, so the change isn't as gradual as it could be, but it came out pretty nice. Pattern Source: The pattern is from a book called Today's Crochet: Sweaters from the Crochet Guild of America, by Susan Huxley, but I tweaked it here and there because of the difference in materials and the color changes.
