Last addition: 10/24/2004
- Yarn basket
Pattern Source: I got this from the Oxmoor House Vanna's Afghans and Crochet Classics "collection" book. This is the type of thing where you get a packet of patterns each month (costing about $15/month) until the book is filled; I do not know if this pattern has been published elsewhere. - Thread hat
Pattern Source: ASN's Thread Crochet Whimsies leaflet. Annie's Attic now distributes ASN's publications. - Hummingbird filet
[6/16/2001] I thought this hummingbird was adorable, and I really think it looks nice on the blue background. Pattern Source: This comes from the book Heirloom Crochet Treasures, published by The Needlecraft Shop. They don't seem to have it on their website, however; it appears to be out of print. - Rose barrette
Pattern Source: Original; pattern is here. (Incidentally, if you want to know how I did these hairstyles, check out the book Hair: A Book of Braiding and Styles by Anne Akers Johnson. - Ruffled barrette 1
Ruffled barrette made of Lion Brand Glitter Magic yarn. Pattern Source: Original; click here for the pattern. - Ruffled barrette 2
Ruffled barrette made of Lion Brand chenille yarn. Pattern Source: Original; click here for the pattern. - Silver Q-hook basket
[11/1/2003] Pattern Source: An Annie's Attic leaflet called Quick and Easy with a Q Hook Crochet Baskets, #651A. I've had it for several years and I can't find it on Annie's site, so I'm not sure if it's still in print. - Halloween suncatcher.
[10/24/2004] Did this because I got the urge to do something for Halloween. It's worked using size 10 thread with a strand of Kreinik Blending Filament for sparkle. Pattern Source: House of White Birches leaflet called Seasonal Suncatchers by Maggie Petsch Chasalow. This may be out of print; this is the only link I could find to it on the web as of 10/24/2004. - Halloween suncatcher (detail of middle).
See previous photo for pattern source. - Lizard filet.
[5/15/2005] Lizard filet piece, made on a total whim. Crappy photo, but it was either use the flash flash and deal with the glare, or don't use the flash and have the whole picture look washed-out. We need a new camera. Pattern Source: SmartCrochet.com
